Iberica, Leeds

Ammonite Projects has recently completed the refurbishment of Hepper House, a Grade II listed building, designed by architect George Corson in 1863. It was exclusively used as an auction house until 2006 and will now house Iberica’s stunning new restaurant.

Using our vast experience in conservation, we were able to tailor a sympathetic design to compliment the buildings original features whilst creating an atmospheric and authentic Spanish restaurant and bar.

An Impressive VIP room on the first floor completes the refurbishment, putting the restaurant amongst the most impressive in its location of Leeds. Through working closely with the Victorian Society and Leeds Civic Trust, we have reintroduced the building to the City which has subsequently received a coveted ‘Blue Plaque’ to mark the importance of the building. It is now open for everyone to enjoy.
