A drab 60’s façade has been completely refurbished and now has the appearance of a modern contemporary building in the centre of Paddington.

As part of the works the old brick façade was clad in natural Portland Stone at ground floor, complimented with Portland Stone paving and steps.

The existing louvers to the carpark were carefully removed, refurbished and re-fixed within the new cladding, set on a Rosa Porinho flamed textured plinth.
